If you have not been to this clinic before and require an appointment, please email in your referral.
If you do not use email, call the clinic on (03) 9497 1381 to make your appointment.
We are currently receiving many requests for appointments and our waiting list is long. We do set aside times for urgent cases but the numbers of these appointments are limited. Please consider this when deciding to request an appointment.
Regretfully, apart from the initial referral, we cannot discuss clinical information via email.
